You might recall Arby’s first foray into burgers came back in 2022. The launch of that first ever burger for the brand seems to have been a success with Arby’s continuing to iterate on the build. New for the brand this month then is the Big Cheese Bacon, piling on bacon and two different cheese – alongside a raft of other items. It makes for one of the bigger fast food burgers out there. Eat This Not That confirm that without grilling gear pan site, Arby’s use a one two sous-vide method / deep fry technique to cook the burger (similar to that first release).
According to Arby’s the new burger patty is made with a blend of “51% American Wagyu and 49% Ground Beef.” The burger is a limited time only offer (at participating U.S. locations) while supplies last.
The burger comes with:
- Wagyu Steakhouse Burger Patty
- Bacon
- American cheese
- Swiss cheese
- Shredded lettuce
- Pickles
- Red onion
- Tomato
- Burger sauce
- Brioche bun
Here in Salt Lake City the burger is priced $7.99 ala carte and comes in at 824 calories. A meal deal with curly fries and a sprite meanwhile clock in at $12.39 and 1397 calories restively.
Hi, I’m Stuart, nice to meet you! I’m the founder, writer and wrangler at Gastronomic Salt Lake City, and a former freelance restaurant critic.
