As gluten-free options on menu continue to increase, this months sees California Pizza Kitchen take the wraps of their all new Chickpea Pizza Crust, another “pizza first” for the brand; who list a number of firsts such as the inventor of the Original BBQ Chicken Pizza in 1985, the first national casual dining restaurant to offer GIG-validated Gluten-Free Crust in 2013 and Cauliflower Pizza Crust in 2018.
CPK’s new Chickpea Pizza Crust is low in carbs as well as high in protein, fiber and GF free free and veggie friendly too. For now the crust is a special option for SoCal and Florida only as follows:
CPK’s Chickpea Pizza Crust will be available in Southern California in the following locations: Huntington Beach, Lakewood, Long Beach Marketplace, Manhattan Beach, Marina Del Rey, Rainbow Harbor (Long Beach), Redondo Beach, Rolling Hills, and Santa Monica. It will also be available throughout Florida, including: Boca Raton, Coconut Point, Fort Lauderdale, International Plaza (Tampa), Millenia Mall (Orlando), Naples, Palm Beach Gardens, Pembroke Lakes Mall, Sarasota, Sawgrass Mills, Waterford Lakes, and Wellington Green.
