Rather than partner with the big names like Beyond or Impossible, this month see’s Culver’s launch their own in house veggie burger. The new Harvest Veggie Burger, which has apparently been in development since 2016, differs from the crowd with a proprietary blend of dairy and vegetables.
Vegans should note the burger uses Wisconsin cheeses – a nod to the brands story. The burger blend also uses grains and veggies such as roasted corn, portabella mushrooms, red and green bell peppers, spinach and chickpeas.
The burger can be customizable and is served on a lightly buttered, toasted Kaiser bun. The sandwich is now available nationwide.
