Brisket isn’t for dinner any longer, thanks to the wonders of the kitchen team at Einstein Bros. Bagels – starting February 25th – it’s also for breakfast too. Today the bagel brand have taken the wraps of their all new Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich which will hi locations for a limited time only. The bagel comes loaded with:
- Slow-smoked beef brisket
- Melted cheddar cheese
- Smoky chipotle sauce
Einstein’s write that the eggs are “cage-free eggs that are hot off the grill” and the whole deal comes served up on a new cheesy Jalapeño Bacon Gourmet Bagel.
Chad Thompson, Head of Culinary Innovation at Einstein Bros. Bagels writes, “If you’ve never experienced brisket with eggs, there is a first time for everything,. Our brisket is slow-smoked for 10 to 12 hours and lightly rubbed with a blend of classic Texas spices. This sandwich won’t disappoint meat lovers looking for a hearty breakfast.”
