No, not a chicken sandwich and it’s not a fish sandwich either. The nation sub chain Jersey Mike’s has launched an all new sandwich (in a variety of sizes) that features some freshly different items. The new sub comes with:
- Fresh grilled Portabella mushrooms
- Green Peppers
- Onions
- Signature Swiss cheese
Michael Manzo, COO, Jersey Mike’s Subs writes, “It’s important to keep this fresh product locally grown, and it took time to organize mushroom growers across the country. The mushrooms are picked, transported and delivered to our stores within days of coming from the growers.”
The new sub is priced as follows:
- Regular – $8.95
- Giant – $15.45
- Wrap – $8.95
- Tub – $8.90
Optional extras include bacon ($1.50), avocado ($1.50) and extra cheese ($1.00). Quoted prices from the location closes to us in SLC, Utah.
