Starting this week through March 30th, the upscale P.F. Chang’s will be marking the Year Of The Ox in style. New to menu for the holiday are the:
- Fire & Ice Dessert
- Red Lantern Cocktail
Fire & Ice brings together comforting bread pudding with vanilla ice cream all wrapped in a chocolate shell. The dish is then served theatrically to the table – literally aflame!
The Red Lantern – a favorite in 2020 – is back for a limited time only and comes as Reyka Vodka, Solerno Liqueur, blood orange, pineapple and lemon. The glass is also decorated with an ornate red lantern stir stick in an illuminated glass.
In addition to the featured dessert and cocktail, holiday menu items including Korean Bulgogi Lettuce Wraps ($11.50), Miso Butter Lobster Dumplings ($12.50), Peking Duck ($26) and the Rising Dragon cocktail will remain on the menu and are available for dine-in and to-go.
