Apparently a year in the making, Pizza Hut this week announced their all new Detroit-style pizza; the new style went through more than 500 different iterations before finally being ready for launch.
Four new pizzas will be released in this new style including:
- Detroit Double Pepperoni – 32 slices of pepperoni and 48 slices of Crispy Cupped Pepperoni
- Double Cheesy – two kinds of cheese, including aged Parmesan
- Meaty Deluxe – bacon, Italian sausage and Crispy Cupped Pepperoni
- Supremo – Italian sausage, red onions and green bell peppers
As part of the launch Pizza Hut are also offered a new vine-ripened tomato sauce that’s only available on the new Detroit-Style pizza. Price for the new Detrout Style pizza start from $10.99.
