Update: see our all new review of these shrimp here.
New for November at the popular chicken restaurant, something a little different. Breaking from the trend of fried chicken sandwiches left and right, Popeye’s are debuting an all new shrimp option.
According to Thrillist, the time limited time shrimp come “marinated in a blend signature Louisiana-style herbs and spices consisting of salt, pepper, onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, bay leaf, and sriracha, fried up in a breading that’s dusted with a southern-style crispy coating for extra crunch.”
The sriracha-spiced shrimp come as a 14 pc. order in two versions:
- Dinner size with 1 Regular Side, 1 Biscuit, $5.00
- Combo size with 1 Regular Side, 1 Biscuit, 1 Drink, $6.00
