Following on from a select market test, QDOBA have announced the nationwide roll out of their new Mexican Cauliflower Mash. The mash offers a low-carb alternative to rice and is made with oven roasted cauliflower blended with sour cream, cilantro and pico de gallo. The results is a side that clocks in with just 6 grams of carbs.
The side dish launched across the country on December 22nd and can added to any burrito or bowl.
As part of the product’s launch, the brand also cite market research data that expects the growth of the low-carb market to increase at a rate of 6.4% in 2021.
