If you don’t feel like firing up the smoker today, maybe take a pit stop at Smashburger, who are leaning into Summer Q flavors for their latest release. Now available for a limited-time is the Carolina BBQ Burnt Ends Burger.
The burger riffs on regional flavors such as South Carolina’s gold mustard-based BBQ sauce and slow cooked Kansas City style burnt ends. Piling onto a smashed patty, the burger build features 8 hour slow-cooked burnt ends then also loads on:
- Carolina-style BBQ mustard sauce
- Pickles
- Melted aged cheddar cheese
- Parker House Roll
The sandwich starts from $11.99 and should be available until the end of August.
