Whataburger have tapped Hatch, N.M – often referred to as the Chile Capital of the World – for a range of new spicy updates. New to the menu now are the following items:
- Hatch Green Chile Bacon Burger – two beef patties, three pieces bacon, a slice of American cheese, a slice of Monterey Jack, mayo, roasted Hatch green chiles, five-inch bun, $7.04
- Hatch Green Chile Bacon Chicken Sandwiches – choice of a Whatachick’n or Grilled Chicken filet, three pieces of bacon, mayo, a slice of Monterey Jack, roasted Hatch green chiles, brioche bun, $6.54
According to Whataburger, “Roasted Hatch chiles are a fall favorite that bring a different kind of spice to our Hatch Green Chile Bacon Burger, and now, Whataburger Hatch Green Chile Chicken Sandwiches. The flavor combination with the smoky bacon and cheeses creates unique offerings that make these limited-time offers must-taste experiences.”
