This eye popping creation is now available on nationwide Quiznos menus – for a limited time only. The sub shop’s all new Bison Reuben Sandwich comes with:
- Bison
- Sauerkraut
- Swiss cheese
- Thousand Island dressing
- Toasted rye bread
Quiznos are sourcing their unusual protein selection from High Plains Bison which offers meat free from growth hormones, antibiotics, steroids, or animal by-products and produced in small artisan batches. Bison is also much leaner than beef, Quiznos noting that the sandwich, “is a creative and tasty alternative to traditional corned beef with significantly less fat and 49g of protein in each 8” sandwich.”
The sandwich is priced $7.35 and $10.35 for a half and full size respectively, here in Salt Lake City. If you really want to amp things up you can double the meat for $2.00 extra and double the cheese for $1.25 more.
